The reservation process was simple and safe. I did not have to contact the team for any other reason.

The stay in Baby Bear was great. It was easy to find. It is a very clean, simple cabin. We were in town for the Cherokee Drama and Museum and it was a great location.

The staff was very friendly and very accomodating.

Location of the Broken Twigg was breath taking! The views of the mountains, layout of the property was awesome. The build of the cabin was home away from home. It was my honeymoon and it couldn't have been better! Was sad to leave but I definitely will be back in the future! Thanks for the most wonderful experience I've had visiting the Great Smokey Mountains!!

A world class view! There are many cabins to choose from, but the Broken Twig is my favorite offering spectacular views and all the comforts of home. From the moment you enter Alarka Highlands, you know you are visiting somewhere special. This was my second time visiting the Broken Twig. I was now introducing my family to this beauty of a cabin nestled in the great Smokey Mountains. And, it did not disappoint. The kids thought it was amazing and actually enjoyed being off the grid for a few days-- playing old classics with the family like clue, monopoly, and sorry (all provided by the cabin owners). They also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, hiking along the creek and making s'mores by the fire pit. We cooked family meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoyed drinks on the spacious deck watching the clouds drift in and around the great smokies. What a gorgeous view! Overall, this is a great place to get way from it all...and simply relax. We will definitely return to this cabin and we look forward to the seeing the view during the different seasons of the year.
