I was able to make a last-minute reservation by phone, and even though I arrived late, they left a lamp on for us so we wouldn't walk into a dark house. I was also confused as to which cabin it was and had to call the afterhours number, he was a huge help.

We loved it, the lighting, the view, the decor, the solitude, the hot tub, the fireplace....it was just what we needed for a getaway.

The place was clean and tidy. Location was close to everything from shops to fishing. Nice to have on site trash cans. View was wonderful from the back porch and the railing is a nice touch if you have children to keep them safe.

Bryson City Cabin Rentals has been a great group to vacation with. They make the process easy online and with text updates. They are also available to reach by phone and return calls quickly.

Fernwood Hollow is a relaxing one bedroom cabin. We have stayed three times over the past nine months. It feels like coming home. Updates have also been made with a new grill and small kitchen touches. We cant wait to come back.

Information was provided in a timely manner and had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay worrying free

They were great very friendly when I did talk to them but I didnt need them really because they were on top of sending me all the info I needed before I needed it which was really nice and the whole checking in and out was nice doing just from my phone!

This property was so nice and relaxing we never even turned the tv on because the sound of the creek was so relaxing! This place had everything we needed and more!! There was just one down side to this place the shower so tiny and thats ok but the shower head and knobs were not that great and could really be changed out to make it better. But that was easily over looked for us because the house had everything else. The down town of slyva was amazing to with all its little shops we will be returning for sure!

I had little interaction with with team members which is a good thing to me because that means nothing's wrong!! it was a smooth process and they were quick to reply the few times I did have questions. They gave me all the information I needed for my arrival and check in and how to contact them in case I did need help after

My family can I truly enjoyed it!! We were looking for laid back getaway with the perfect view and this was it! Being on the running water was awesome and relaxing and so beautiful! As a bonus there were horses right across the road to make the view even more perfect!! The best part is you can see and hear all this while relaxing on the beautiful covered deck or in the hot tub, I just hate we didn't get to use the fire pit, because of the burn ban, but hopefully we can the next time. The cabin was beautiful and cozy but the deck is the best part. And I like that it was a corner spot and has a path with beautiful scenery on one side to explore. We'll definitely be back

High Mountain cabin was perfect! It has excellent views, great amenities, and is located in a quiet location.

What a wonderful view! From the deck we enjoyed coffee in the morning, a glass of wine watching the sunset and stargazing from the hot tube at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The place was clean, roomy and very comfortable. The family will be returning this summer with our paddle boards. The cabin is less than a 10 minute drive from Flat Branch Boating Access on Lake Fontana. Highly recommend Extended Day Off for your Smokey Mountains outdoor getaway.
