Everything was done through email, very easy. All necessary info was provided in email.

Property was excellent, a little hard to find but well worth the drive. Hot tub did get cold fairly fast in the evening which was not that big of a issue. Everything about the cabin was great, would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed there many times, and it is a great place to stay. It's so peaceful and quiet - whether you like sitting on the big front porch watching a great sunset, or relaxing in the hot tub with a great view of the mountain valley. It's a big roomy cabin where you can take a hike , read a book , or just take a nap. It's a great place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and get your body recharged. I highly recommend this beautiful log home !

The cabin rental service was very helpful. The whole process of renting the cabin was easy.

We enjoyed Falling Leaves Chalet although driving the road up to the property was a bit harrowing. The road is narrow, steep and winding. We found ourselves leaving for the entire day and only making the trip up to the cabin once a day. We did not travel the road after dark. The cabin was nice and suited our needs; however, since the only bathroom is on the top floor, whomever is sleeping in the basement floor has a long climb. I do not feel that this cabin is suited for older couples.

This cabin is so comfortable and welcoming. The views are breathtaking in every season as you overlook mountains to the right and left and the valley below. It is like a little slice of heaven.

I was a little upset that our accommodations had to be changed at the last minute, however Alice was awesome. I was sent a list of options, chose one and it was changed (upgraded). The directions were right on and we had no problems.

The Great Escape was amazing! The cabin had everything and more. The positive aspirations in pictures throughout the cabin made for a very serene vacation. Jacuzzi was the right temperature when we arrived, fire pit had small twigs for easily starting the fire, and the cabin itself was beautiful. Rocking chairs, new gas grill, and a game table were all appreciated. Oh and did I mention, it was stocked with all different kinds of games to play. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Very easy and efficient. I was a little upset about switching cabins at the last minute, but Alice provided me with options and after making my selection it was booked! The cabin chosen was absolutely awesome and an upgrade - highly recommend.

The Great Escape was just that - an escape! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, clean, with all the amenities and more! My three sisters and I were checking off items on our bucket lists and you made our stay most memorable. Thank you!

This place was just perfect. It was close to Nantahala Outdoor Center and Bryson City but when we came back we felt miles away from everything. Very comfortable place for a great getaway.

While packing our car to leave, our dog got out and got lost. Your wonderful housekeeper took the time to spread the word to several neighbors. A nice couple she had told spotted our dog and returned him to us. We will be forever grateful. Bryson City, has very nice people!

The Summit, is a very well appointed cabin. The views are beautiful, and the cabin is very clean. There are several bird feeders that drew many birds-especially Cardinals and Hummingbirds. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

The views were spectacular, the cabin was fully stocked, well maintained and very clean. All in all, the perfect place to come home to after a day of fun in Bryson City. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
