Nice, friendly and helpful staff

Our second trip to whisper creek and forth time staying in one of your properties. Every stay was wonderful and most enjoyable. Plan to return at least once a year. Also hope to maybe purchase a cabin for our family in a few years. Thank you for a great time.

Baby Bear was an excellent cabin - we wanted to get a way and this cabin fit the bill 100%. The convenience of being close to Bryson city while still hiding out in the mountain was exactly what my family needed. We saw the Milky Way from the back yard, I haven't seen that in years.

The staff was very informative and helpful. Personally that can make or break me staying there again. Great Job!

Our family had a great time. Cabin was spacious and had a great view of the mountains. Very convenient to downtown Bryson City.

Very helpful. Even received a call prior to arrival to let us know that driveway was going to be repaired on the Monday after our arrival. They wanted to make sure this would not cause us any problems.

Very nice creek side, cabin.

We had very little face time with the team. It was all through email. All the information was spot on and the book in the cabin was excellent. We did leave a message regarding an issue at the cabin, but it did not affect our stay nor require a return call.

I would inform future renters that the road and driveway can be tricky in the case of rain. We do not have a 4WD vehicle, but we had no problem with the car we drove. However, our other car would not have made it. We definitely want to stay again.

Absolutely beautifil!! I felt like we were on top of the world. The cabin is so cozy and relaxing!

Everyone I spoke with was helpful and assisted in making our visit excellent. The entire process is excellent and well explained.

We hated to leave when our time was up! Could have used many more days, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. I expect a return trip at some point.

Had a great stay

It was my first time in Bryson NC. The chalet was more then we could of asked for. It was peaceful like being in my own home. It was clean beautifully decorated. We did not need anything during our stay, everything was provided. I had a great birthday and will stay again but next time with more people

I was surprised and glad that they were accessible at 9:00 pm to take my final payment. The e-mail with the info for the lock box, gate and grocery store access was great. I didn't have to do that research myself.

I didn't see a place I would rather stay anywhere. The cabin and lot were everything we hoped thay would be. Thanks!

Your team was pleasant and did not make us feel like a total moron not being able to open the lock box. Any email we sent was always answered very promptly.

The property was awesome, so peaceful and quiet. Waking up and hearing the rain on the roof was great. (we live in Texas - can you say drought?) The location was super-we visited the National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway, Gatlinburg and Asheville -- all within a short drive of the cabin. We can't wait to return. Thanks for having such a super place.

On line information was accurate and given at the appropriate time before leaving to stay at cabin. Directions were clear to find cabin.
