I called the office a couple of times for various things, confirming our reservation and the like. During office hours the phone was answered promptly and with courtesy.

We had a very smooth stay on a very nice property that is well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Have had several stays at this cabin. Always so warm, comfortable, relaxing. Live the proximity to town, shopping, grocery store. Our favorite is wrap around porch and hot tub which we always enjoy on each visit.

We rented High Mountain Cabin. The master suite has a great reading nook off of the master, but only 1 chair and ottoman. For couples staying, it would be great to have an additional chair & ottoman.

I received a discount code a couple weeks ago in my email, I guess I deleted it by accident so I called guest services and explained my mistake and the very friendly woman immediately resent it, so nice of her!

My wife & I haven't stopped talking about how bad we needed this little get away, like I said before my only regret was we didn't make it longer.

Our vacation was amazing. We were conveniently located to the attractions we planned to visit during our stay. The home truly was beyond our expectations because it was so well equipped. We have never stayed in a rental that compares to Haven in the Woods. The owners of this home should be very proud of what they offer their guests. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Cabin rental team was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary. My husband wanted a cabin near a stream or creek; this cabin met that requirement.

The team was very friendly on the phone. I extended my stay and was able to have it processed quickly. I also had left my earrings behind after I checked out. The team quickly got a message off to housekeeping who was able to find them. Thank you for the attention you gave me.

All of us who stayed at the property were comfortable. We spent hours sitting on the porch just enjoying the outdoors.

This is a beautiful gated property. The cabin we stayed in for our 15th wedding anniversary was stunning! It was very clean, had tons of amenities and was within walking distance of the shops and resturaunts in Bryson city! We will stay here again!

Loved the Honeymoon Hideaway, perfect for a couple. We had to make a last minute switch and everyone was super helpful.
