A 15-minute drive from Bryson City past hills and pastureland takes you to Carolina Skies cabin, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom log structure on four leafy acres.
Carolina Skies has easy paved access and is located convenient to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. A 20-minute drive takes you to the Nantahala Outdoor Center and Nantahala Gorge for rafting, fishing and zip lining. Cherokee is approximately a half-hour drive. Bryson City attractions include the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, shopping and several fine restaurants.
Carolina Skies offers a spacious porch, hot tub and a selection of indoor and outdoor games. The 1,200 square foot cabin is equipped with limited wireless Internet and DIRECTV. There is a selection of compact disks and DVDs and a Bluetooth stereo system to play music off your personal electronic device. The fully stocked kitchen has a number of small appliances. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, while another room has two twin beds.
Visitors can relax in the shade to the sound of birds and the murmur of nearby Alarka Creek, a state-stocked trout stream. There is a new Weber grill for outdoor cooking. Ingles Markets grocery store is approximately 15 minutes away. There is the added security of staying in a gated development.

The Carolina Skies Cabin is perfect place for us. Nice quite location, away from a lot of other cabins yet were close enough(within 10 minutes) to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Bryson City is such a friendly little town, and we fell in love with the place. Beds were nice, soft and had plenty of pillows and any extra blankets. Gas log fire place was wonderful on chilly nights. Hot Tub was great and good and warm and large enough room 3-4. Loved our stay

we enjoyed our stay at Carolina skies cabin. it was located close to the national park, but secluded in the woods for privacy. It was quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the near by creek as well as hanging out in the hot tub after a long day of activities.
