Great time!

overall, everything was above average; and was superior to my expectations.

The service was excellent. There were a couple of jets on the hot tub that were not working properly when we first arrived, but the service team sent the repair man immediately to replace them.

Very relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Hope to stay there again soon!

Very helpful staff. Answered all questions and helped with booking over the phone.

Views are awesome from Therz A Bear cabin. Gas logs were nice on cool mornings and evenings. Listening to the sounds of nature from the porch and watching the clouds cross the mountains. Sunsets were wonderful. Watching the fog lift from mountains in the morning while drinking coffee. Very relaxng. Location is wonderful.

Answered all my questions in a timely manner. I loved that they send you a code rather than having to check in.

Beautiful property, above and beyond what we expected. The view was amazing and the cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The drive up was a little scary at first(we're from Florida), but by the 3rd day we were pros. Great vacation!!

It was great the way the ladies ( sorry I can not remember the names), retuned my calls in a short time and very good idea the lady who rented our place to go out of her way t o find us a place at our vaction time frame even if it ment renting a 3 bedroom.

Loved the feeling of safe in such a private place. Loved the view, loved rocking on the porch with such a view. And it is very close to town .

We have stayed at the Smokey Mountain Cabin on two occasions and have had a great stay both times. All the great motorcycle roads are easy to get to from here. We were just there 9/18 thru 9/22. Love to relax in the hot tub after riding all day. No traffic and easy to find. Bryson City has great places to eat and the people are very friendly. We will call on you guys for our next trip to the Smokey Mountains. Thanks!!!!!

so very UNcomplicated--all via internet and simple ! we had wanted to stay an extra night or 2, but the cabin was already booked--and we can understand why !--it is awesome ! thank you !
