Great deck view, very peaceful sitting in the rockers have coffee in the morning. Very relaxing nights sitting by fire pit. Directions to cabin were great, close by the main part of town/Great Smokey Mountain Railroad.

I called with questions about the checking in process and receiving information about check in via email. The over the phone check in went so smoothly, I was sure there was a catch! The woman I spoke with was really friendly and very informative. We also really appreciated the detailed directions to the cabin!

Woodlands cabin II is a well laid out two bed two bath property that was perfect for our family. There was ample room for the kids to run but it still had a very cozy feel! From the hot tub to the grill on the deck, all the ammenities were in great shape! It was a great vacation!

This property is extremely well kept. The location is one of the properties best attributes. We stayed a week and never ran out of new things to do everyday.

Love the staff. All are friendly and helpful. One in particular that I have dealt with over the years is Alice. She has been more of a friend, than staff member. She has always answered my questions and made me feel "at home" when I scheduled our visits. Do not change a thing with your customer service. In may opinion, it is AAA.

We stayed much longer this year and thoroughly enjoyed it, as usual. My husband and I both needed a much deserved R&R. Good place to do this. Very quiet and beautiful. Close to nature. Sometimes one needs to be around something bigger than oneself to see how minor one's problems are in the scheme of things.
