It was awesome. Easy to locate and close to town. The cabin has amazing views of the mountains and overlooking the town. The kids loved it so did we!

This rental process was quick and easy. I was able to do everything online and through email. The directions to the cabin were perfect and easy to follow.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were movies and games already in the cabin to help keep kids entertained on the rainy day and the kitchen had a nice supply of kitchen items for us to use. I am sure we'll be back.

We stayed at Cozy Bear Hideaway and had a wonderful time. This cabins interior is really beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We were very surprised that the kitchen not only was well stocked but also had a full cabinet of spices that made cooking much easier !! The staff was so helpful and a delight to deal with that we can' t wait for our next trip to NC and we will definitely stay at this wonderful cabin.

We loved how secluded the cabin was. It was also nice to do without Internet & cell service for a few days.

I had nothing but great interactions with the staff leading up to and during my stay. They were helpful with all my questions I had about getting there (directions, check in time etc) and handled it well when I had to call when I got there and there was no power (not their fault, the whole county lost power and it was on within an hour). Great experience,

Our stay was wonderful! The only thing I would say is maybe a handrail on the stairs going upstairs would be helpful for young children or elderly! Also maybe a small fence around the fire pit area so young children don;t slip down the mountain! We loved the cabin and the community aslo Bryson City is very nice. Will be back!

The property was exactly as described, if not a little better than that. The staff handled our request for early check in very accommodatingly. We used to stay in cabins in Cherokee, but having found Bryson City Cabin Rentals, we'll be staying here and making the short drive to Cherokee.
