Staff was great and very helpful

We loved it! It was the cleanest vacation property we have ever visited. The kids enjoyed playing in the loft. From beginning to end it was hassle free!

We have stayed at the Charleston Overlook for 3 years now. The place feels like home to us. And the neighbor's dog has adopted us ....she drops by regularly for a visit and a belly rub.

we took our grand twins and for awhile their mom. the twins (9 years old) loved it so much. one said "this is a kid's dream come true, a free vacation!" they loved roasting marshmallows and hotdogs over the fire pit and the outdoor stairs and patio. we loved this clean, wholesome, wonderful time in such a beautiful place. thank you

We never really had any experience working with members of your team except when I called to ask whether there was a DVD player in our cabin and received a "yes" answer. Also, I asked about leaving the office number for emergencies, since our AT&T cell service did not work there.

All in all, we loved our stay in your property. The proximity to the fishing and other attractions was excellent, and it was conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. The peace and quiet was so welcome. Thank you for providing the wonderful vacation opportunity for us. We plan to return very soon.

We really enjoyed our stay in your cabin. I was surprised and impressed that you had already thought of everything we could possibly need by providing firestarter, foil, etc. You also provided so many extras...maps, restaurant info, games, books, etc. Thank you.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. the drive up is beautiful, the houses are great and the rolling creek along with the fire ring and hot tub made for an absolutely fabulous atmosphere. We will be back next year and will probably rent more than one of the houses.

We had a wonderful stay in Alarka. It was perfect:) The moment we drove up and saw that it looked just like the pictures we knew we had chosen the right cabin for us. Our Great Dane Midas enjoyed the large open field and lounging on the front porch. We enjoyed watching and listening to the creek roll by, while relaxing in the hot tub. The creek offered loads of fun for all, perfect for wading. The cabin itself was cozy and inviting. The cabin only fifteen minutes from Bryson made it very convenient to see the local sites. A perfect place for a weekend get away, we just wished we could have stayed longer.

The staff was very helpful in booking and timely in returning phone calls.

Our stay was very relaxing. If we stay again we will book for longer than three nights.

We planned this trip last minute. Everything was by email, which was easier for me during the work day. All instructions were bery clear and easy.

We really enjoyed the location of this property. We were able to easily reach the GSM Railroad, Cherokee, and the NOC. The trip from here to Asheville on the parkway was beautiful too. We are looking forward to our next stay and can't wait to start planning for it!
