The staff couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating.

This is my second stay at the Brick Chalet Lodge and each one was super. We plan to make this our "Home away from home" every year from now on Both the church youth group in the summer, and the men's fishing group in March are planning on making this our annual base of operations.

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin had everything we needed and more. The cabin was very private with a creek outside the back door. Nothing is better than having your morning coffee listening to the creek - or having an evening glass of wine listening to the creek.

Working with property management was a breeze. Nice, friendly, informative.

Absolutely beautiful property. Great layout, nice kitchen, clean! Loved the porch and views! Just close enough to Bryson City, convenient to Cherokee, Nantahala gorge, Great Smoky Mountains National park and Deep Creek. We look forward to coming back in the future - even the kids loved it!

Great property , loved the total wood interior and has a great deck, would definitely come back.

We had no contact with anyone except for making our reservation. Everything was taken care of and we were very happy with our stay. It was nice to just be e-mailed the codes and be able to get into the gate and house without having to go somewhere else and check in. Make you feel like your just going home!! My phone calls to the team to make my reservations were handled very well. The team as very helpful and answered all the questions I had and booked my stay. Great Job!!

Our stay was fabulous!! We hated to leave. The Moonlight Ridge Cabin is top of the line and felt like home to us!!! It is beautiful and has the greatest views of the mountains that I have ever seen!! Cannot wait to come back again!!

The property has beautiful view and offers a peaceful getaway. We have stayed here before and plan on returning to Bryson City.

Everything was very easy, from booking, correcting an initial billing error and getting into our cabin, it was all very easy.

Our second stay at the Moonshine cabin and everything was just about perfect again. The deck and hot tub are the best features and easily the area where we spend most of our time while at the cabin.

The members were very easy to work with, courteous and helpful. Of course, we didn't have any direct contact with them but had very good support via telephone and email.

The property is very nice and has a good view from the porch especially. It is a nice place to "get away from it all" and if you shop carefully (maybe at Ingle's) you could spend several days there without any need to travel down the mountain, since you would have plenty of food cold and room temperature storage, cooking equipment indoors and out, and peace and quiet.

The team provided exceptional customer service! Prompt response to questions, friendly, welcoming. Was a fabulous experience.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Loved having beds already made. Enough seating for 5 adults and 3 little ones in the den and kitchen. We had a ton of fun! Thanks so much.
