This is the perfect property for people traveling with a dog. Lots of area for walking and potty breaks. Cabin is one level with only one or two steps up to the front door or down off the back porch. My big guy likes snoozing on the cool slate floors at night. My dog isn't a water fan, but those who are will love the creek. In warm weather, you can open the back door and enjoy the sound of rushing water, even if you are inside the cabin.There is a fabulous fireplace and wood can be purchased several places locally. There is one cabin next door, but no other cabins/homes nearby. Feels very private. Nice outdoor picnic areas, fire pit, rocking chairs. A great place to relax outside or inside. Lots of restaurant choices in Bryson City and other nearby towns. I've stayed at this cabin three times and love it. I suspect I'll be back!

I loved staying in the Dogwood cabin. It was just the perfect size for my new husband and I. We enjoyed the view from the deck and relaxing in the hot tub. We will return!

A great cabin right by the river, we loved being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the river flowing. The cabin had great amenities and we were able to cook all our meals and enjoy them down on the landing by the river. Just a few minutes from Bryson City, it was secluded but not out of the way.

Absolutely lovely! Can't wait to get back to the cabins for another relaxing vacation. The comfort of home, but the peace and tranquility that you can't get in your own home. All of the little details in the decor made it feel so warm and lived in. Couldn't find a deal like this in a cold, corporate hotel room! Will definitely be back very soon!
