Our first night, we locked ourselves out of the cabin. Silly mistake on our part, but Alice was so warm and friendly. She not only took quick action to get someone out with a spare key, she also helped ease my embarrassment over the situation. Her customer service was top notch!

Laurel Overlook was a perfect fit for a weekend getaway. The cabin is situated in such a way that you have the privacy you want, with the bonus of quick access to town and easy navigation to the location. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the necessities to cook meals to enjoy on the porch while soaking up the mountain views.
