Fast service!! I asked if they could empty trash cans. Someone was there within 10 minutes.

Loved the Creekside. My son-n-law didnt want to leave. Thanks to you guys he is now addicted to trout fishing. LOL, it was a great stay and the grandkids enjoyed it as well.

Cabin was very nice and clean. Close to town but not too close where you couldn't enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains.

I didn't have to interact with anyone. I booked online, received an email with instructions, and we didn't have any issues with the place at all so I had no need to contact anyone.

This cabin was great! It's better in person than it appears in the pictures. It was a cute, quaint cabin. Just the right size for the 2 of us. The view from the cabin was fantastic. The drive to the city was a short one. I don't think anyone else was stating up where we were because we didn't see anyone else on the road so it's like we were all alone there. We loved getting to come back and hang out in the hot tub after our exciting days. The bed was cozy. The place was clean. It was just an all around great experience! It was a surprise birthday trip for my fiance and he was just thrilled by it all.

i had to make several calls to the office prior to our visit and the staff was very helpful and very prompt on returning calls and emails

we stayed for a week and had just a wonderful time we had a beautiful house, awesome neighbors, excellent weather, fish in the creek, tadpoles in the pond , hound dogs next door. just perfect!!

It was very peaceful and me my family enjoy each and everytime we rent a cabin because we are never dissatisfied

I didn't have any face to face with anyone, but I did contact them by email and Alice helped us. She was very responsive and quick. We ended up having to take a couple of trailers down (unplanned) instead of riding the Harleys due to tropical storm Alberto heading toward us. I asked if the cabin we were renting had enough room for a couple of cargo trailers. She said it did not, but could move us to another that did. Worked out great for us. Alice was awesome and hope she knows how much we appreciated that.

Property was nice. Gas fireplace didn't seem to work, but we didn't need to heat the cabin anyway. Hot water in bathroom sink would make some noise and almost shut itself off--not a big deal. We didn't really need to use it. Bed was comfortable, hot tub worked, didn't try the swimming pool, but it looked nice and was ready. It was our first time renting a cabin.

Very romantic. Loved it immensely. The ride along the creek each day was awesome. View is second to none from the cabin.

Great place, nice and quiet enjoyed the get away the cabin was small but nice just what we was looking for.

No contact was made except by email and everything was perfect including driving directions.
