Alice was fabulous and everyone was extremely friendly. They were able to answer the couple of questions i had before i made reservations, and Alice was helpful when our trip was delayed do to weather on the 1st part of our travels.

Fabulous, comfy, relaxing, just what we were looking for. The only complaint was bed was too hard. Even the neighbors of the cabin were friendly !

The office staff we spoke with were very helpful and friendly. We were able to book our stay the day before our arrival and were very please with the communication.

The Back Decks need to have a Cover on it. So u can Use the Hot Tub @ the Grill. We wasn't able to use either One because it was Raining.

All done through email, so I never had the pleasure of interacting with the office, which was fine

The only idea we had was that if this was our own home, we would put some kind of privacy lattice or screen on the porch closest to the home next door. It would add more privacy when using the hot tub, because the picnic table for the other home is right there. But overall,an Excellent stay! Thank you!

We LOVE Mountain Retreat. We rent the cabin for two weeks at a time for work on the Nantahala River. It is convenient to Bryson City and only takes us 30 minutes to get to the NOC. Very quiet!!
