Awesome customer service.

Vista point is beautiful! We will definitely be bringing our family soon. The cabin has a great view and you do get cell phone service.

Our house keeper Vicki did an out standing job cleaning the house. We walked in and everything was neat and perfect. No crumbs.. beds were made perfectly. Kobe was our maintenance man. We were in the hot tub a lot. You could tell there was plenty of chlorine in there to keep germs away and it was crystal clear

It rained most of the time that we were there. The first night it didnt so we were able to enjoy smores and the view and just relax as a family. We used the hot tub a lot. It was nice and relaxing. The game closet was a life savor. We played games all day Saturday and Sunday. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We went food shopping before arriving Friday so we never even had to leave the cabin! This cabin was exactly what we needed. We cannot wait to return to The Walnut to create more family memories

We did a siblings get away with our spouses their were 8 of us! The cabin was beautiful, clean and everyone was very helpful during our stay! Again beautiful cabin we had a blast!! Hope to stay there again!!! Great place!

We found the cabin very convenient for our needs. We had a party of 6 adults and the number of bedrooms was perfect. We were all riding motorcycles, doing a tour of the Smokey Mountains National Park. The views we encountered, and other attractions in the area were terrific. We enjoyed the fire pit also. On our last evening, we discussed making the trip a tradition. You will likely see us again.

This is obviously a very experienced team. We had no issues with booking or with cabin details.

I only have 1 suggestion for the owner. Get a guest book to leave in the cabin. In our other past rentals, it has always been a fun detail to leave a note for the owner and to read what things the past guest enjoyed and the adventures they experienced in the area.

We arrived a couple hours early and called the number on the email and was allowed early access which was a huge help to us

We loved the place and location. Parking situation was not the best as I travel to the mountains with my motorcycle cycle and trailer sometimes. The cabin parking area could be better as well as the overflow for only 4 cars. We made it work tho. As for the cabin, a few minor suggestions.. The blinds in master bedroom going to the deck should probably be vertical blinds which are more user friendly and more functional for that doorway. We also kept looking for hooks for our coats and in the bathroom would be great as well.. like I said very minor things but overall you all hit it out of the park with this property.. Property is walking distance to downtown area. Minutes to GSM Park and trails. Kitchen is new and fully appointed. Well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Place smelled new and fresh. 1/2 bath in our unit was a nice convenience.

If you are looking for an off the beaten track getaway.. This is it !! The cabin leaves you wanting for nothing. Reccomend Altitude adjustment for anyone wanting a very pleasant getaway.

10 oct 2020 was the day that I married my best friend she so happy the cabin had lots of room the fire place was where we were married in a traditional cherokee wedding it was beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful. will likely stay longer next time and find a property with a washer/dryer.
