We had an electrical issue with the hottub. We contacted guest services, very polite and prompt. Also the maintenance man was very knowledgeable and patient. He had to return the next morning with the right replacement part. He was very prompt both times. He was also very polite.

Overall stay was very nice. The road to the cabin is a very maintained gravel road. Getting your vehicle turned around is kind of a challenge, but if you drive past the cabin to the bottom of the hill it is very easy. The cabin was very clean and prepared for our stay. We did have to call about an issue with the hottub, but the maintenance and guest services were very polite, prompt, and very helpful. We would stay in Hideaway cabin again.

Some of the best Customer Service I've ever had and every one of the cabins are great!! Never have a single issue locating the property or accessibility into town.

Loved our stay! Awesome cabin with a creek in a great area of the mountains. Our family made wonderful memories while staying at Chinquapin Falls. The kids loved the creek and also Lucky the community dog The owners were very friendly and brought homegrown tomato's to us! We had a marvelous stay and made some wonderful memories!!

I cant give enough kudos to the lady that helped me we booked a cabin and did not realize it was four-wheel-drive all year long we were coming up with trailers and motorcycles she was able to facilitate a different property Fontana lake lodge which worked out beautifully for us and was a great property. I wish I could remember her name she was wonderful

This day was an important day I proposed to my girlfriend brought my parents to town and are good friends to enjoy some motorcycle riding and some quiet serenity all of our boxes were checked we had a fantastic time and look forward to coming back in the near future

Property was perfect! Absolutely gorgeous mountain home in Fontana Lake Estates! Double decker dock boat slip was amazing, kids jumped off the top, boat docked on the bottom! Fires in the fire pit roasted marshmallows! Lots of fun on the screened in porch at night. Beautiful high end custom kitchen!

The cabin was very nice. Good view, loved the fire pit, jacuzzi was relaxing, rooms were great size. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
