Called and made Reservations team member was nice and a pleasure to talk to.

Cabin was very nice. Kitchen well equipped. There was nothing we needed that was not already there. It was close to town, but had a very "country" setting. Our stay was short (2 nights). It was close and convenient to the train station ~ which is what we were there for ~ taking a ride into TGSM! Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings with the great view!

I called because there was a light on underneath the microwave and it was warm. We tried every button and switch!! They were going to send maintenance and of course as soon as I hung up my husband found the button. The lady was extremely nice and called maintenance right away. Maintenance called me right away!! I was so glad I was able to stop them from coming all the way up the mountain to push a button.

Perfect!! The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nice. The porch had cozy couches and chairs to relax and enjoy the view, it was so peaceful. The smores spot was nice and the hot tub. Reception was great. I cannot think of anything to improve this house. We loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at Trout Creek Lodge. The location was beautiful and so very close to town and great food. We really had a blast at Unplugged Pub! The fire pit was fun and relaxing and the hot tub was amazing. Everything was perfect. Best relaxing experience in a very long time. The creeks sound put us to sleep every night. The lodge was stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend this place to everyone!!

It was a very easy process for the rental, and the cabin was very nice. Well kept with everything needed for the stay.

We only rent through BCCR when we come to this area. They are absolutely suburb with communication and their properties are well maintained and cared for.

This place is so private and the creek in the back of the homes is so peaceful!
