We communicated mostly through email but members were very fast and polite with answers

We loved the stay! The hot tub was perfect with the screen in porch and we had a blast cooking in the very nice kitchen provided. Not to mention, the large sectional in the living room is so comfy when relaxing during a movie!

The customer service is great; even past normal business hours someone always picked up the phone. The website and pictures of the cabin are not embellished.

Cabin was great overall. Drive up a bit challenging but the view makes it worth it once you get up. Lots of amenities provided and games for the lil ones.

Our Christmas stay at High Shade exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful, the views are breathtaking. We had a fantastic experience.

We had a great stay at the Historic Bryson House and Sitting on the Rock cottage!! It was a short walk to downtown and to the Polar Express train ride. I took my grandchildren for part of their Christmas!! We will always remember this trip in such a beautiful home!! We also rented one of the cottages beside the big house to have extra space. It worked so well for us!

We stayed at Smoky Mountain Seclusion, we absolutely loved everything about this vacation. The beautiful cabin, the gorgeous view we had. The cabin had everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen, tons of games to keep us entertained and lots of outside exploring. Everything we hoped for on our Christmas vacation we received!

Members were helpful and very friendly.

Narrow road in some areas but well worth the drive and distance to activities, trails and things to do were nit too far and easy to get to. Absolutely beautiful views!
