They left me a message that the hot tub and been cleaned and my not be at the hottest when we arrive but to allow a couple additional hours for it to heat up. They wanted to make sure we did not think it wasn't working. We also found a note that the ice maker was not working and they had provided us with two bags of ice and some bottled water.

This was our Family's second stay in the Historic Bryson House and it was as good as our first stay two years ago. House in nicely decorated & appointed and it was so clean. Updated kitchen and roomy with a nice size dining room table and table on the deck for all our family members. Only a short walk to Downtown and the Railroad and close to numerous attractions n the area.

The entry into the house was seamless, we were given a code that got us right in upon arrival, the house was clean and comfortable with multiple sitting areas a working fireplace comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. My kids had the entire upstairs to themselves which they loved we had a very comfortable master bedroom, the house has a huge dining room and all the areas outside of the house were really nice with a beautiful creek that my kids played in and a great outdoor fire pit .

We loved staying in the Historic Bryson House. My birthday is New Years Day, and I wanted a get away with a few close friends to celebrate without hosing a party at my house where I have to clean and cook the whole night. I was able to do this by staying here as everything was taken care of for us. It was lovely, and we hope to be back to Bryson City again in the future!

We had a great stay at the Historic Bryson House and Sitting on the Rock cottage!! It was a short walk to downtown and to the Polar Express train ride. I took my grandchildren for part of their Christmas!! We will always remember this trip in such a beautiful home!! We also rented one of the cottages beside the big house to have extra space.
