Bear Falls is a beautiful two bedroom, one bath log cabin that sits just outside of Bryson City.  The outdoor space to this lovely home has plenty of entertainment to last you for your entire mountain vacation.  One of the first things you'll notice when you step out of your car is the babbling brook that sweeps right along the front lawn of this lovely home leading to a deck overlooking a small waterfall.  The perfect spot to kick back and relax!  Right next to the home, there is a large gated patio where you will find two rocked charcoal grills, & outdoor dining.

Inside the home is just as lovely.  The living room area makes you feel right at home with high vaulted ceilings,   comfortable furniture.  It's the perfect spot to curl up, watch a little tv on the flat screen with satellite service, or just to unwind after a long day exploring the Smokies. The large eat in kitchen sits open to the living room area and has everything you would need to enjoy a meal right at home.  The master bedroom is located on the main level and boasts beautiful hickory king sized bed, ample storage space, and flat screen television.  The main bath in the home is huge and leaves nothing to be desired with a large jacuzzi tub and stand up shower.  The guest bedroom is privately located upstairs and also features a king-sized bed.  For guest convenience, there is an additional bonus room with a futon which can be used as additional sleeping or simply a hang out room for children or teens.  There is also a huge mud room with laundry area, which is the perfect spot to keep all the outdoor equipment you may enjoy during your stay.

Bear Falls is perfectly located less than five minutes from downtown Bryson City.  With easy flat paved access, you couldn't find a better spot to make as your base-camp for your mountain vacation all year round.  Bryson City has much to offer for those visiting the Smokies being the home of the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, where you can take a ride on The Polar Express or the Great Pumpkin Patch Express.  The entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is nearby, where you can find many hiking trails, waterfalls, tubing, swimming, fishing, and horseback riding.  Downtown offers many delicious local restaurants and boutique shops.  If you're interested in exploring the Cherokee Indian Reservation or Harrah's Cherokee Casino, you're just a short 10 minute drive away.  If you're looking for a little more heart pumping outdoor adventures, take a 15 minute drive over to Nantahala River Gorge where you can find whitewater rafting, kayaking, and zip line tours.
