This lovely three bedroom, two bathroom home is filled with rustic, country charm. Originally built in 1975, this lovely stone cottage sits on 7.5 acres in a wooded, scenic location with views to the west, south, and east at elevation of 2,800+ feet with stunning sunrise and sunset views. View 280 has had many recent improvements including new flooring, ceiling fans, bathroom renovations, refurbish of kitchen, custom countertops, deck improvements, comfortable outdoor seating, and Eno hammocks. The home has a great room with wood burning fireplace, fully stocked kitchen with wooden butcher block counter tops, and views that can be enjoyed throughout. The master bedroom is equipped with queen sized bed, the master bath features a shower. The guest bedrooms feature two twin sized beds in one bedroom, and full sized bed in the other. The guest bath features a soaker tub/shower combo. The outdoor space is quite a drawing feature of this lovely home. Large decks with gorgeous long range views, rocked fire pit that can be enjoyed for roasting marshmallows or relaxing by the fire, hammock swing, outdoor shower, and hot tub - what more perfect way to enjoy the Smokies?

The Cherokee Indian Reservation is just a short 15 minute drive, as well as Nantahala River Gorge with whitewater rafting, kayaking, and zippling.

We had a great time! The view is amazing! We didnt want to leave! The inside had everything we needed. The fire pit was perfect for an outdoor dinner and smores! We did find bear prints on one our cars!!

This location immediately relaxes you. It is quiet, private, and beautiful and you will not want to leave. The layout is spacious and comfortable. We love to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Great books, movies, and puzzles to enjoy next to a beautiful wood fireplace. If you prefer an outdoor setting their is an amazing firepit overlooking the best mountain view that surrounds Bryson City. Enjoy sun rise from the master bedroom and sunset from the firepit.
All within An easy and short drive to Bryson City!
