The Lark sits tucked away in the beautiful, gated community of Alarka Highlands.  When you arrive, you'll know you've found just the place to relax & unwind, complete with no neighbors and beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains.  You can enjoy these from the expansive porch, while cooking a mouth watering meal on the gas grill, or taking advantage of the outdoor dining.  You can also take a nice soothing dip in the hot tub, or roast marshmellows in the fire pit.

Inside, The Lark offers an open floor concept.  The beautiful kitchen area is fully stocked and boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large dining space for enjoying a delicious meal right in the comfort of your cabin.  The living room area is framed by floor to ceiling windows, rocked wood burning fireplace, and comfortable furnishings.  It also features a flat screen television with Streaming TV services.  The primary bedroom is located just off of the living room, that features a king sized bed, access to the large porch, and private luxurious bath with double sink vanity, large soaking tub, and walk-in tiled shower. For guest convenience on the main level there is an additional half bath and utility room with washer/dryer.  The upstairs bedroom features a queen sized bed & access to a private balcony.  In the large open loft there is a futon for additional sleeping if needed. The additioanl bedroom features a twin bunk set and additional twin and the upstairs bath features a tiled tub/shower combo.

The Lark is located in the high elevation, gated Alarka Highlands Community. All cabins located in this community are high-end luxury cabins. For guests' entertainment there is a clubhouse with tennis courts. The private nature of the property also allows for nice hikes and views throughout. Alarka Highlands is located about 15 miles from Bryson City, which is about a 30 minute drive. In the area you will find plenty of venues for entertainment and adventure including: The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Deep Creek Community, Nantahala River Gorge, Tsali Biking, Fontana Lake. Whether you are looking for hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, ziplining, cruising, swimming, fishing, boating, or simply relaxing you are bound to find all that you are looking for in beautiful Bryson City.
